Warranty / Small Print
Console installations come with a minimum of 3 months return to base warranty. If there is a problem related to installation then you will need to return the console to us (you have to organise delivery) and if there is a problem we will fix it and deliver back to you. In the case of pre-chipped consoles the console has a 3 or 6 or 12 months, depending if it is brand new or pre-used. If in doubt enquire at the time of sale.
We encourage you to use postal insurance and package items well.
We are able to undertake repairs for most consoles, including lasers / disc read errors to chip replacement.
We can process credit cards, cheques or postal orders, cash on collection is fine - contact us for details.
